Roof Cleaning
Moss takes hold on tiles wherever shade and moisture allow, and once it spreads it feeds on the tiles, ridge cement and valley pointing that keep your home watertight.
We clear it by hand using a blade shaped to your tile profile, then apply a biocide that carries on working long after we have packed up, keeping regrowth away for around three to five years. Access is handled with our own mobile tower rather than static scaffolding left standing for weeks, so the job is finished quickly and tidily.

Gutter Cleaning
Blocked guttering rarely announces itself until water is running down your walls, by which point damp may already be setting into the brickwork. A yearly clear out is the cheapest insurance you can buy against that.
Our vacuum system lifts compacted moss, silt and leaf litter straight out of the channel, and where ladders cannot reach we have the poles and safe access kit to get there anyway. Should we spot a dropped bracket or a weeping joint while we work, we will tell you before anything gets worse.
