• Outstanding,. I was to have my roof cleaned. I took a photo of the roof of my house both front and back BEFORE work commenced an again AFTER work had finished . I sent the 4 photo (2 marked before and 2 marked after) two friends with the message "notice anything?" They both replied " You've had a new roof. And that's what it looks like.
  I lost my dearest companion of 33 year during the time they were with me. She had arranged work at her property over the phone to Katie, I sent an email cancelling her work, explaining why. I expected a reply like Deepest condolences, confirming work at other property cancelled.... none of it....I received a one page beautifully crafted email offering condolence, offering support, and a lovely recollection of talking to my friend on the phone.
  Katie, thank you, I will always treasure that email. Matt and his team...what a fantastic job., not to mention the support. Shame I can't give it 10 stars

• A really great service without doubt on the 10th April 2024, excellent service and professional in his work. Panels cleaned, Proofing on Solar panels and nest under them also removed . Now sparkling clean, no more squirrels or pigeons. • From coming out to provide a quote, to the work being done, Matt has been very professional.
  I asked for a number of things to be quoted for and it broken down, this was communicated in a very clear way.
  The work has now been completed, Matt went over and above to achieve the best result.
  The birds have been evicted (solar panel proofing), I’m benefiting from the sun again (solar panel cleaning), my gutters, soffits and facias are white again and the green mildew on my rendering has gone.
  I would definitely recommend and use the services again.

  We have used Promax Shine a few times now….pigeon proofing, roof clean, patio/drive clean & gutter clean. Wouldn’t use anyone else can highly recommend. Very professional and always do a fabulous job.

• We took our time choosing a company to remove the moss on the roof and clean the gutters, soffits and facias.
  
  We had the roof steam cleaned with the biocide treatment to keep the moss at bay and are very happy with the results. The roof, soffits and facias look like new again! Matt and Callum were very thorough, cleaning up all the mess on the floor produced from the roof clean. They are a friendly, conscientious team who take great pride in their work. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

• Excellent and efficient service from quotation to the finished job. We had an issue with pigeons nesting under our solar panels. It was quite a mess underneath and in the gutters. Matt moved the birds on, cleaned and bird proofed the panels. Definitely not a job for the faint hearted on a steep roof!

• We were having a real problem with pigeons roosting under solar panels and there is, I understand, a danger of the connections behind the panels being damaged by their droppings which are acidic. Apart from that our patio and adjacent flat roof were fouled by the birds frequent droppings, as well as constant noise I spoke to Matt at Pro Shine who seemed very knowledgeable on the subject .He came along by appointment, assessed the work, gave us a date to carry out the job, and the price. Original date had to be postponed for seven days due to Covid but then came and did the job on the new appointed day. He cleaned out a great deal of droppings from under the panels, cleaned the roof and gutters before installing the steel mesh, and then washed down the panels. The whole job took around 5 hours and whilst it was not a cheap job it has solved the problem as the pigeons have now moved on. Would recommend this company.
